In the instances where you’d like to initiate a return for your purchases, please be aware that we do not accept returns for the following situations:

  1. Replace or refund for manufacturing defect within 4 days. The client should check the product at the time of the delivery itself. 
  2. Once the client accepts the product and signs the receipt, no returns are allowed. 
  3. Refund is not allowed for customized products. Items damaged due to misuse or signs of wear, even if they are still within the warranty period.
  4. A compensation fee of 25% of the deposited amount will be charged and only 25% will be refunded. 
  5. Manufacturing defects if any, should be communicated to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery
  6. Products that have been used, modified, assembled, or installed, unless they are found to be defective.
  7. Assembled products may only be returned in the case of a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to inspect for defects and will either repair or replace the defective items at our discretion.
  8. If you desire a different color or size for a product, please note that we do not currently offer an exchange service. This means that you will need to initiate a return for the product and then make a new purchase for the desired item.
  9. Cash on delivery transactions is restricted to an amount of AED 1500.
  10. For items not delivered and if you change your mind we offer a full refund within 3 working days. 
  11. Exchange requests are processed on a case-to-case basis provided it is within 14 days. 
  12. No refunds for assembled products unless the item has a manufacturing defect
  13. You will receive a refund if the item has a manufacturing defect. 

The order is cancelled at least (24) hours before the delivery time.

Refund for Delivery and installation

Delivery and installation are complimentary for orders valued at AED 700 or more, inclusive of VAT. We offer free delivery for items transported via a staircase, for up to 5 floors above ground level. However, for deliveries to locations between 6 and 20 floors, there will be a charge of AED 100 (inclusive of VAT), provided that customers inform us of this requirement prior to placing their order.
Please note that we are unable to deliver items above the 20th floor via staircase. In such cases, customers are responsible for arranging their own team to transport the items (unless we confirm otherwise in writing). These items will be delivered to the ground floor only, and installation will be carried out at no additional cost within the next 3 working days.
In the event that there is no one present at the delivery address and the initial delivery cannot be completed, we will reschedule one additional delivery at no extra charge. However, if no one is present during the second attempt, a third delivery will be subject to a fee. The cost of the third delivery will be based on the location of the address, with a minimum charge of AED 150.

Refund for non-furniture products

For non-furniture products, please ensure that you return them in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Double-check that you have included the invoice, along with all the accessories, promotional gifts, and warranty cards that were included with your order.
We kindly request that all communication regarding returns be conducted in the English language.

Processing a refund for a product paid with a Credit or Debit Card
If you’ve paid by Credit or Debit Card, here’s how long it will take:
2-3 business days to receive your returned items.
2 business days to conduct a quality check and issue the refund.
Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 4-15 business days to process the transaction.
